Shane DeMars

Shane DeMars has worked at the intersection of psychology, adult learning, project/program management, and evaluation research since the ‘90s. A former USAF SERE instructor, Shane has worked with nonprofits, state and local government entities, and some of the largest for-profit institutions on the planet across varied sectors including health, insurance, and technology. Shane has managed multiple international projects with a wide variety of teams. While content agnostic, Shane now applies his talent and experience as the Chief of Staff for Libelula helping to increase the effectiveness of communication, ensure smooth operation, and the development of a healthy organizational culture.
