Magdalena Reinhard

Magdalena Reinhard joined Libelula to lead its Industry Affairs division, bringing more than two decades of experience at the intersection of aerospace, defense, and international government affairs. She has worked and consulted for various aerospace companies including Bell, Textron, and ATAC; advising on global military sales campaigns and providing strategic guidance on political, cultural, and linguistic dynamics across her regions of expertise. Magdalena has collaborated with institutions such as the U.S. Army Joint Multinational Readiness Center, the German Council on Foreign Relations, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Humboldt University of Berlin, the Free University of Berlin, the German Parliament, and various EU initiatives. She graduated from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in Bavaria, Germany, holds an Executive Diploma in Diplomacy, and is a Certified Advanced Mediator and Arbitrator. She is fluent in Polish, German, and English, with conversational proficiency in several other languages.
