Deak Roh is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Libélula Integrated Solutions, Inc. Deak is focused on scalable technology integration and mission-critical capability delivery. He brings more than 25 years of senior national security experience, serving in multiple positions in the Office of the Secretary of Defense where he helped shape U.S. defense strategy, strengthen industrial base resilience, and advance allied capability development.
